Drain and discard the water. Warm cooking fat on a skillet and saut\u00e9 garlic over low heat until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Blend the cauliflower with the garlic and all other ingredients, reserve the parsley. Continue on high speed until the sauce is completely smooth. Garnish with parsley.
