Barrie Altman-Timmins is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and has 20 plus years' experience as a certified yoga instructor and mindfulness practitioner, including being a HeartMath mentor. She is a Functional Medicine Health Coach receiving her certification through Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. Barrie has a master's in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Northwestern University, where she gained valuable healthcare experience.
Barrie is deeply committed to her clients and is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space. Barrie's strategy is to help people start to make small and effective health changes that turn into huge progress. She meets people where they are on their health journey by encouraging and supporting them to discover their own path to clarity, awareness and healthy wellbeing. Empowering others to maintain healthy habits, teaching tools to manage stress, sleep, nutrition and creating individualized plans to conquer any challenging health goals is her mission as a health coach.
