Didem Miraloglu, MD, MS, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been practicing internal medicine for almost 20 years. With an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from SUNY at Stony Brook, she received her Master's degree in Pharmacology from Northeastern University. She then received her Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Rochester. Almost 20 years of medical practice and many winter storms later she moved with her family to Raleigh, NC in 2019 where she accepted a position as the Medical Director at Duke Primary Care Midtown.
Through her practice of medicine she has developed a reputation for excellent, compassionate patient care and clinical expertise. Her desire to deliver more comprehensive, personalized medical care through a whole person approach led her to join Carolina Total Wellness. Dr. Miraloglu has extensive training in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She is passionate about improving her patients' health by thorough education and collaboration. She is known to treat her patients as one of her family members, with great respect and care, always looking out for their best interest in health and wellness.
